Review content:
They ruined a pair of pants which happened to be part of a suit. When I took the pants back in to show them the damage, the owner told me he had no intention of fixing the problem and went so far as to call me a liar and that I was making it up! I can't recall a time when I have been so insulted. I will never go back. After talking to a few other people about the incident, found out that it has happened more than once. The lack of responsibility will hopefully catch up to them. I even had one friend who said they had used Stephen's Cleaners in the past and since leaving, their credit card was charged twice...each time over $100.00! Steer clear!
