Review content:
Miss Pat's Day Care Center is tops! My child went for 11 years. The teachers are entertaining for the kids and are well trained and caring. They try to educate the children through play and small group instruction. The teachers are the best and are very professional at all times. Center 2 has a really cool TOWN build in the center of it where the kids can go to different stores to dress up , ride fire trucks, etc. The older centers (2 and 3) have a great field trip program in the summers, which are a bit pricey, but if you think about having to pay for the whole family to go to the same place and all the money you will spend while you are there plus gas and time off work, instead of paying for one child.... it gets a whole lot cheaper really quickly. Also, Center 2 has two swimming pools where the children can swim in the summer with a certified lifeguard! (Center 3 kids can go also) Excellent!!! Center 1 has little kiddie wading pools. Miss Pat's has a preschool program which is also topnotch, at Center 3, while the grade school kids are in school. Even if your child is at Center 2 for daycare, they will walk your child over to the other center for Preschool and bring them back. So your child feels like they are in SCHOOL instead of at daycare during that preschool time. Finally, they also babysit in the evenings and Saturdays if you need a night out or work late at a reasonable rate. I do have to say that I would like to see one small change at Center 3. They have a fabulous facility and tons of fun things for the school age kids to do after school. Video games, basketball court, indoor gym area, kitchen with working drink fountain from the 50's era, computers, etc. What they don't have is a time where the kids are required to sit down and work on homework before they can go play. This was the only complaint I had in the 11 years my child went there. Picking up my child after working, and having to go home with nothing done for homework. \r

Pros: field trips, play town, swimming pools, excellent staff
Cons: don't push homework time
