I have two experiences to report. First, we ordered our dinner for delivery and were told it would take about 30 - 45 minutes to arrive. After an hour and 15 we called wondering where our order was. The woman on the phone had no idea and then said she found the order and it wasn't cooked yet. She said another 20 minutes and it'd be on its way. Another 45 minutes goes by and we still don't have our order. The same lady answers the phone when I call and again and says our order is on its way and also offers to comp our entire meal next time we order. Finally, after two hours our dinner arrives. \r

Tonight, we call to order our comped meal and I'm told that yes they'll still comp my meal however they're really busy so if I want it for free, I'll have to come and get it because they can't let me have free food and delay their driver delivering it to us. So, I say ""that's fine"" and she lets me know my order will be ready in 30 minutes but maybe longer...That call ended at 6:15. At 6:30, I leave my house, go to the grocery store for 30 minutes and get to Royal Thai at 7:00. The lady tells me that its still not ready and to wait. Another 30 minutes goes by (another couple comes in, sits down, isn't waited on for more than 15 minutes and gets up and leaves) and they finally bring out our dinner. In the box, they put two hot mustard packets and four soy sauces. I asked very nicely if I could please have more and a guy comes out from the kitchen and tells me that they already put some in my box and if I want more I need to pay for it. $1 per packet. The man tells me ""what do you expect when you don't pay for your meal.""\r

My family and I will NEVER go back to this restaurant again. EVER! If you'd like a wonderful restaurant to eat at in Arvada, try Chopstix. The food is absolutely wonderful and the wait staff is prompt and friendly.
