My plan was to move a baby grand to my home and my spinet to a new family out of the area. All the earmarks for a snafu somewhere in the mix.\r

Encore Piano Movers renewed my faith. I threw in two more requests and they went from great to AWESOME. They didn’t just deliver my baby grand, they (with a smile) spent more effort to ‘move it a little over here and just a tad over there’ until I was happy. And, they are holding the spinet until the new family comes home from their vacation.\r

From my first phone call, Encore was totally accommodating. Their truck was on site on time, absolutely affordable, their work was careful and tidy, and, one hour later I was having a cup of coffee gazing at my new piano. \r
