Review content:
This company offers a life time transferable warranty on their Tex-Cote service. After a few years I started seeing cracks and major chipping and have been trying to get a tech to come a look at it for service. I have called many times and have spoken to different people in charge the latest General Manager Jake assured me he would call be at the end of the day. That was last week. So I guess I need to take this issue to an outside agency. In the meantime if you are looking for Tex-Cote for you home stay away from this company. They will bend over backwards to take your money and perform the work and ask for your referrals but after that bad customer service...
Pros: They offer life time warranty
Cons: I have been trying to obtain warranty service for over 1 yea
