We scheduled a 1 O'clock move on a Friday December 9th, 2011. My wife called at 1:30 to inquire when the movers would be their. The representive told us they were on a job and would be there in a few minutes no, they didn't show till 2:15. When they showed up It just got worse from there on in. The main moving guy was yelling and swearing how he can't get up the hill and he shouldnt have to be here on Friday doing a job at one o'clock in the afternoon. Supposedly this company only has two trucks and the other one was on it's way to Florida with the owner of the Company. The guys tells us that we had to get another mover and he would have to charge us another 30 dollars an hour. Felt right there that we were getting scammed, our lease was up and had to be out that night so we had to suck it up. The company took forever to move, and yet they did not move everything in our house. My wife and I had to travel back to the city three times to get everything out of our house. I should have looked more indepth at this company and would have seen a pretty bad pattern of service. The two moving guys were pretty good but the driver was a complete ass, he was swearing and very unprofessional. The funniest thing was that he was telling me if he got a ticket he would have to put that on us, yeagh you might want to know the law first buddy. These guys got an F- hard. My wife and I are about to begin liability claims as well on this company due to them damaging our bed, artwork, boys bed, and dinning room table. Plus we just submitted a complaint to the BBB. 900 dollar moved cost 400 plus in damages. Worst company ever.
