I had yet another horrible experience at a nearby Lenscrafters. I finally had it with Lenscrafters. I was leaving the mall when I passed that eyeglass store that has been there forever. I was still frustrated but I figured I would take a look. The owner and a young lady who works there were so friendly and helpful but not in a pushy way. I ended up trying on a few of their suggestions which knew would look awful and was shocked at how great they looked. Not only did I purchase two pairs but they were the first two shown to me. I have been wearing glasses for twenty years and It has NEVER been easy to find frames that look good on my face. I have yet to have a day go by without a compliment. I urge you to give them a try and you will be glad you did. They said they were going to stay there through the mess at the mall. I WAS SO RELIEVED SINCE THEY SEEM TO BE THE ONLY OPTICIANS WHO REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING!!!!!!!!!!
