Review content:
My neighbor had gotten home from work to her dog in the front room with a half eaten label of pest posion. I rushed her and her dog to Dove Lewis because it was a sunday and a holiday weekend. We get there and a man comes and asks what happened and then has her fill out a paper with information on it. He then tells her it will cost $75 for an exam, its a standard exam price and $40 for them to have the dog vomiit so they can check to see if theres anything. So she was fine cuz she knew she had enough for that. They took the dog and were there for about 20mins. A lady comes up and takes my neighbor in the exam room to go over everything and when she came out she was mad because instead of it originally being $40 it was $100 for the inducied vomiiting.. She didnt have enough money for that. I said I will cover it cuz she was about $50 short. Then when the lady comes back up and talked about he medication needed she wouldnt give a price, so we were asumming it was fairly cheap.\r Well they printed her off a copy of the recipt for her to go over and the total was $418.. that is wrong. You dont quote someone one price then jack it way up when its over and your stuck. The receptionist was rude to us and all of the other clients, which didnt help the anger she already had.\r All in all I would never recommend this place unless your rich for whenever one of your pets get into something or get hurt. Pros: They helped my neighbors dog. Cons: Everything.
