They do not answer the phone. They constantly mess up on rental records. They do not come and fix the problems in the home when it had been called on may times. They do not take care of the homes when they are vacant. They are very indignant when they talk to you and act as if they are doing you a favor when in reality they are taking you for everything you got. Very unfriendly especially the property manager Julie P. The home I rented from them was not up to code with there electrical outlets and I lost a brand new computer due to it. Yet another cost Hometown has made me eat. Will never!!!!! do business with them again.
