Review content:
Do NOT go to Irvine BMW!!! I've had two very disappointing car shopping experiences there.\r
\r
The first time I went was last year. The salesperson (forgot his name--young, ample-sized guy) kept talking about how he likes racing, how often he goes to the tracks and how he's saving to get an M5. He was cocky and talked like a know-it-all. It was irritating! I ended up getting a car at Tustin Infiniti (consistently excellent service).\r

My second experience was very recent. Diamond was the salesperson who helped me and was courteous enough to deal with. When it came down to talking about price, we were going back and forth on the numbers. The sales manager, Howie, came over and abruptly ended the talks and basically gave me the boot. Howie is a schmuck who doesn't know the first thing about customer service. Anyway, I then went to Sterling BMW in Newport Beach and got my car there. While I was with the finance guy, Diamond from Irvine BMW called me to follow up, and I told him I was signing papers for my new car at Sterling BMW. He was shocked. That felt sooo good!!!\r

Call Brian Cummings at Sterling BMW for a positive car shopping experience--(949) 278-7833. He's knowledgeable and will treat you with respect.
Cons: Incompetent Sales Manager
