I must say that this restaurant has gone downhill since Mike and Jim took over. I watched our waitress (Nancy) take a bowl of sour cream and coleslaw off a nearby table, take it to the waitress stand, fill it up, and put it on our table. I was so disgusted! Before she walked away I asked Nancy if the owners knew she was doing this, and she said yes, they encourage it to save money. They also re-use Chicken and butter. Apparently the leftover butter goes into a huge tub which is reused for fish on friday, the buns, and any other foods that require butter. So if I have the flu, I use my butter, they take the reamining butter and give my flu to the rest of the patrons eating at their restaurant! YUCK!!! Boy was I glad she told me this. We haven't been back since. No wonder my stomach always hurts when we ate there! \r Recently we ran into a past Bartender (Rachel) who also said that she once saw a waitress drop a perch plate on the floor. The waitress picked it up with Rachel's help, brought it back to the kitchen where the cook put it in the deep fryer for 30 seconds, and then put the food on a clean plate.\r \r This place needs to be reported!!! Pros: Joe the old owner is the highlight at this Bar / Restaurant Cons: Mike and Jim!!!! Little to no conversation out of those 2. Dumber than a box of rocks!
