I was craving to find a place that would make me stretch and sweat. I also wanted to find a place that made me feel ""safe"". One day, a friend told me about TRINITY YOGA. My friend had no idea, that I not only wanted to move by stiff body, but I also wanted to find CLARITY. I was in a very dark abyss of emotional self loathing, and confussion. One morning, I woke up and channeled my anger into ""ENOUGH"", and walked into TRINITY. I told myself, that TODAY, will be the rest of my life!!! Well, let me tell you.............Doing YOGA, has made me feel sensations, that I will not call pain, instead.... I will call these feelings,"" the release of stored emotions"" that have stopped me from living. Christina and Anne, have taught me to learn to love touching my toes, to love reaching for the stars. I love seeing how feeling good inside is making me feel and look great on the outside!!! \r Christina and Anne, really underestimate what they do in teaching YOGA. They create an enviornment that makes you feel, as if you are the only one in the room. I love the safety they offer by closing the front door once the class has started!! So, here is my recommendation to all those that want ""CHANGE"" in there lives............ IT STARTS FROM WITHIN, YOU HAVE GOT TO WANT TO GET RID OF YOUR EGO. MY ADVICE IS............ CALM YOUR MIND, SWEAT AND STRETCH. \r Thank you\r Anne and Christina/ Trinity Yoga!!\r NAMASTE Pros: ANNE & CHRISTINA Cons: THERE ARE NONE.... UNLESS YOU CREATE THEM IN YOUR MIND!!
