I called A&B Carpet to clean my oriental area rug that I haven?t cleaned in about 5 years.\r
It was badly stained and I thought it was not cleanable.\r
When I initially called A&B Carpet to have an estimate on the cleaning the customer service rep she was so friendly & knowledgeable about Oriental rug cleaning.\r
They send someone to my house to give me an estimate. I thought it was going to cost hundreds of dollars to clean it but Andy gave me such a good price that I gave him another runner to clean.\r
I received my area rug back about a week later.\r
The area rug & runner was so clean that I did not recognize them, all the stains were out and it had this fresh lemony smell.\r
Overall, this company did what they said they would and I will use them before Thanksgiving for my sectional and carpet in my rooms to be cleaned.\r
I will recommend A&B Carpet to my family & friends.\r
Great job, thank you to everyone at A&B Carpet.
