Businiess name:  New Zealand Cafe

Review content:
Heard about this place from my hairdresser - she said this was her favorite place for sushi. You wouldn't expect that from a place named ""New Zealand Cafe"", but according to their menu and website (Citysearch apparently won't let you write down web addresses but if you Google it, you'll get it), apparently Asian cuisine is really taking over New Zealand cuisine. We went in not expecting much but were pleasantly surprised. In addition to standard rolls, they had a decent assortment of specialty rolls. They were not huge, but nor were they skimpy. We had the Christmas roll, the spicy eel roll, and the volcano roll. All were very good, and good quality. On average, a specialty roll costs about 9 dollars, and come with 8 pieces. The place is small and inconspicuous, hidden away in a strip mall. It seats about 32, and there are another 4 seats at the small sushi bar. The waitstaff are earnest and friendly. The place started to fill up quickly, so obviously we weren't the only ones to hear about this place. We'll be going back. Pros: good food, good value Cons: nondescript ambience
