Review content:
Toyota of Poway was awesome when it came to helping my family find the car that we were looking for. We even told them the payments that we wanted and the price and they met us exactly where we wanted to be met. A few weeks after we purchased the used car, we noticed the brakes were wobbling at higher speeds. I called Alex (our salesman) and he immediately got our car in to repair. Not only did they fix the problem in under an hour, but they cut the rotors and replaced the brake pads at NO COST to me! Even though this problem was not covered under the warranty, they fixed it for free anyways. That is what i call customer service and integrity at its best. Thank you Alex and thanks to Toyota of Poway for blessing our family!
