Review content:
Sometimes in writing these reviews, the reviewer has to look at the ?big picture?. Being one who ended up at this clinic because I was traumatized by a dentist at an early age, I have to respect the way this clinic treats the children, and I give them 5 stars for that. I have to say I had problems here, but I failed to realize that the doctors where as frustrated as I was and in the end, their goal was to make everything right and make the customer happy. Reviewers need to realize that only God makes things that are perfect and with a tolerant attitude things can always be worked out, for both sides. I respect this clinic and what they are doing and I would hope that others would at least try their service. When the staff and the doctors all remember you when you walk in, you feel at ?home? and if you communicate, they are willing to listen. All things considered: you can?t go wrong with The Dental Center of Florence.
