Review content:
Please trust me when I say this is the best kept secret in Vegas. I go to Vegas 2-3 times a year, and am always eating at the highest rated restaurants on the strip, but I always make the trip to Michaels. From decor, to food, to service, it feels like you've stepped back to the good old days of Vegas, when the gourmet rooms made you feel like royalty. The wine list is small, but wonderful, and the prices are a great value. The wait staff is very attentive, but not overbearing in my opinion. The menu is on the heavy side (no light ""fusion"" cuisine here), but always well done. \r
This is a great dining experience, and if you make the trip out, you won't be disappointed.
Pros: Wonderful ambience, very romantic
Cons: Out of the way for most people
