Mr. Taracks is the best attorney in the Bay area! I can say this based on my personal experience. Mr. Taracks represented me in a DUI case and I have nothing but high regard for his knowledge of the law, knowlege of the court system in Pasco and other surrounding counties, his skills with dealing with the court, his interpersonal skills with dealing with his clients, and most of all his confidence that he displays at all times. He is a qualified attorney who knows the ropes about DUI. He will fight for you to keep you on the road and to keep your reputation intact. He knows exactly what the courts are doing at all times and keeps the client informed. He is competent and aggressive when fighting for you. I would return to him if I should have any future legal needs. I think that the justice system rolls along slowly and that Mr. Taracks, realizing this, tries his best to keep the client at ease about the situation and to hang in there until the end which HE will make favorable for you. My experience with Mr. Taracks just abounds with positive thoughts. He took my case that could have quickly gone south and turned it around like putty in his hands.
