I hurt my back in 2004 while lifting something at work. Since then I have had low back pain that radiated down my right leg. My pains limited my ability to exercise and walk with my husband. Since completing the decompression therapy, I am completely pain free. I would definitely recommend spinal decompression before submitting yourself to surgery.
