Review content:
Company damaged items during a move and refused to honor insurance that was purchased. Did not return calls, mis-handled issue and delayed process several months, only paid a portion of the claimed amount in the end. Were beligerent on the phone and have no sense of customer service or common courtesy. Their estimate for job was also significantly lower than actual cost. We hired them because they had an excellent sales rep - but in reality, the company is so poorly managed that this sales rep RESIGNED from the company a few weeks later! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They also own another company called Caldera Movers which was not used for this move, but the same father and son team manages that company.
