I was very disappointed with my visit to this animal hospital. I was a proud parent to a new puppy, who I happen to picked up from a breeder. I was NOT expecting to be judged and stereotyped by the vet (and apparently co-owner as well) because I was a young girl with a pure bred dog. He asked me condescending questions about how I got her and if I even knew anything about the breed. I felt like I had to defend myself by explaining how I had researched this breed for a few years and had studied up on the responsibilities of having a new puppy for quite some time....which I felt was not his place at all! I was very offended by the un-friendly manner he was speaking to me in during the visit, but kept my cool so that I could ask him of the questions I wanted to ask about having a new puppy...HOWEVER after he left to run a test, he never came back and an assistant came back into the room and told me I could leave. \r

On the flip side, everything but the rude behavior of the vet was great. The receptionist and multiple assistants were very very friendly to me from the time I made the appointment and throughout the time I was in the clinic. The facility seemed clean and organized but I am for sure not going back there after the condescending conversation I had with the vet. ... especially not after paying over a hundred dollars for them to tell me nothing....
