The former tenant of mine ykant1 is a liar. I evicted her for non payment of rent and damages to her apartment. She promised me her drug addict daughter would not be living with her and then let her move in. When I finally got her out she owed me more than $900 and really trashed the place. Dirt and filth all over. She is correct about the windows. They were bad. I replaced them after I booted her. The gentleman that rented after her has been there since( 3 years). He is a Wilmington teacher. He or the other 20 tenants I have would be more than happy to give you a correct assessment of my landlord tendencies. If you'd like references just call.\r
