Businiess name:  Marc Jacobs Store

Absolutely pathetic costumer service! It proves yet again that designers like Marc Jacobs can never be compared to the likes of Dior and Gucci. Those brands far exceed in quality and customer service and the newbees like MJ. \r I purchased brand new pair of shoes from Gilt website. I wear them during the day and by evening one shoe came apart. Now when you call the store to fix the shoe, you're told that since these were not purchased from the store they won't fix the shoe. I asked where else can I get it fixed and was told "" we don't know"". Since the MJ label was stuck with a silver pin and the pin came out and fell somewhere, I can't even take it to a general shoe shop. What the F am I supposed to do with my $178 shoes now?\r \r I remember when the clasp of my Dior handbag came off last year, I just took it to the Dior store on 5th ave. They cut me a receipt, charged me $$ and called me in a week when my bag was ready to be picked up. Now THATS Classy!\r \r I dont think i'll ever buy any thing MJ. These so called american designers sucks big time!!\r \r
