I am a member of this location and i booked a hot stone massage. The girls at the desk are completely airheaded because they booked me with a therapist who is not certified for hot stone massages. during the massage, the therapist placed the stones on my bare skin which resulted in 2nd degree burns!!!! Apparently the owner (jeff) told the therapist to ""do it anyway' even though he wasnt certified which is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible! I asked Jeff to comp me back my 2 member massages I used for this appt and to pay for my medical bills because I am now seeing a plastic surgeon to fix the 4 huge burns on my back. jeff told me no and thought giving me a free 1 hour massage would help! i cant even get massages now due to the severe burning on my back and now the skin being grafted by my doctors! i am calling a lawyer to settle this. do NOT go here...and realize the owner is posting all the 5 star reviews for this clinic, just click on the names and the massage envy google account comes up, he is trying to pose as customers but is writing reviews for his own store!
