I used this company back as far as 1988 in Lake Mary. My lawn and shrubs were gorgeous. Fast forward 2010. Relocated to Winter Park and moved to a home with an established lawn..absolutely perfect. I kept the same lawn mowing company from the previous owner, and only changed the pesticide/fertilizer company to Dr Jack. Since that time my lawn has gone from one I was proud of to one that makes me sick. I watched the service people come up and not even really walk my property. I had deep concerns over once very well established and helathy sagos and made several calls regarding these plants. They are my favorite plant and after watching the service call people I noticed that noone ever even entered my pool area. I don't know what is going on with them but now my other Robellini and Washitonians palms are dying and it has all been under their watch and this has all happened in a year. They are HORRIBLE!!!!!!
