Waited ten minutes before hostess even acknowledged us while she spoke with her friend who already paid for a pickup order. Asked for a window seat but were given a table in the middle of a busy restaurant. The couple behind up got the window seat. Food and waitress were great but the hostess needs a course in basic manners. Staff is intimidated by the old hag hostess and I will be happy to increase her Prozac dose. Went to Mezzaluna in Amherst for 20 years and found this related place in Depew but will never go back again.
