I got a cut and perm here 9/20/11.
Late 9/21 back of my neck became very painfull. Roomate checked and you can see from pic the welts that were now across my neck.
9/22 I went to Cassandra's to show them what they had done and what pain I was in and all the owner and Cassie the girl who did this would say is ""Opps, sorry. We have never seen this before.""
They cause you pain and you have to pay for it. Nice place???? Think NOT!!
