Review content:
I went to Kids R Kids a couple days ago w/my 2 young sons. I'm 9 mo pregnant and thought I would search for some last minute items. The 3 employees behind the counter didn't acknowledge us when we walked in. I had a question so I stood in front of the counter for a while looking at them before 1 of them finally asked me if I needed help. I felt like I was inconveniencing them but they did let me know they didn't have what I was looking for. Meanwhile my 5 yr old was playing with the toys there when another child accidentally dropped a toy on his face. The toy cut him right next to his eye and he was crying loudly and bleeding slightly. I bent down and hugged him to try and calm him down and when I realized how bad it was we walked out. Not 1 employee came and asked if he was ok or said bye to us at all. So, parent-to-parent, I won't plan to return to kids-r-kids again as there are too many consignment stores with friendly staff.
