I purchased a solenoid from this company for a lawn mower. My husband was putting the part on and it broke. I went back to exchange the part and they told me they would not take it back, that the warranty would not be covered. They preceded to say that my husband over tighten the part. That is not the truth. He was in the processes of tightening the part when the part broke. They said they would have to talk to the owner Mr. Elders, and they would call me the following day. The next day came and surprisingly no phone call. I called them and asked for Mr. Elders. They said he was not in. I told them who I was and they said ""Mr. Elders can not take that part and exchange it because it will not be covered under the warranty. I am very upset. We do not have more money to purchase another part, and now we are stuck with the broken one. And my grass is up to my butt. Thanks Elders!!! I will never shop there again. Good luck to you if you do!
