Review content:
I would like to mention that as green as the waitstaff can seem at times, so is it apparant that the ownership is also green. I would like to say a stop by is ok, as for your cap hill neighborhood pub, know that they don't get how that is done yet. Until they get their act together, enter at your own risk. Expect kiss assing under the sounds of bad bad jukebox music, with a side of crap ass service, served on a bed of tator tots, the highlight of their menu. \r

Pub on Penn lacks in zip, pizazz, and soul. It feels cold, uninviting, and a little too desperate for whatever and whoever will come in. Suggestion: weather the storm like barowners, be selective, and stop kissing the asses of mediocre bottom feeders who offer your business nothing but more headaches and what ""more"" can you do for me conversations. You have a great location and a big pool to fish from, get with it.
