I read Joe's Tallahassee Real Estate Blog and newsletter regularly and I can personally attest to the accuracy of his reports and projections.
When we listed & sold our Tallahassee house in Sept 2010 ( in one day I might add). Everything he taught was put into place & made our house the best value in it's pricerange. We received a fair price and were able to take the proceeds and really beat up on the seller in our new location. Prices have fallen in our new neighborhood but we are still on the + side when we compare what we paid with the current prices of similar homes. I highly recommend Joe for selling a home in Tallahassee
