Review content:
Gravios Grill recently underwent a change in management. Out of respect for the new management, the poor dude is being robbed blind!!!
Staff pours themselves shots out the kazoo for themselves and ""their fellows"" while neglecting the new blood that would actually represent a margin to the new owners.
The kicker was when staff closed down the bar early, while locking themselves in, until closing... because they didn't have enough ""business"". Visit was 2/13/11.
(funny how that works... kick every one out and then say ""oh noone is here - show up with key boss..."")
I just feel sorry for the new owner because the dude is being robbed blind. My family are all small business owners. And this represents an affront to me... but hell...get in the club and take advantage of the situation!
Long story short, very fun place for some; but I just feel guilty hindsight 20/20... The place has a lot of potential!
And for the record to management should you read this... it might be more of a training issue than a disciplinary issue! Cheers!
