I'm a Vegetarian, and it's extremely difficult to find an authentic Indian vegetarian restaurant. Majority of restaurants have bland taste with little or NO spice, even though I tell them to make it spicy. Madras Mahal was amazing. The food was FRESH, TASTY, and everything was made ON TIME! Friendly service and the knowledgable. I went there to try South Indian cuisines, and it was excellent! The second time I went, I tried North - Gujarati foods, and it was also amazing. I later realized that they have a few Chefs in the back...one specifically for South Indian food, and another for North Indian...hence the food being so perfect. I truly recommend this place for anybody that wants TASTY FOOD!!!!
