I have purchased two rackets from Strictly Tennis in the last six months. The second one they strung without the bumper. When I brought it back to get the bumper, they claimed they never strung it, called me a ""Girl"" and said if I was a man they would have resolved the problem and then threw me out. I am a polite professional woman --- I have never been treated like this in my entire life.
