I've been to off-road shops where the salesmen made me feel like a burden if I didn't know exactly what I wanted. Fat Bob's Garage was the exact opposite. These guys took the time to help explain all of my options to me and didn't make me feel like an idiot in the process. I was surprised how many questions they asked me about how I use my truck, how important performance vs. looks was to me, etc. Bottom line, I felt confident they weren't just pushing a product on me, they were taking the time to find the right lift kit for me and my truck.
