Tucanos is a Rodizio grill type of restaurant serving grilled meat, the waiters move around the restaurant with the skewers, slicing meat onto your plate. They rotate through the meat selections which also include grilled pineapple and vegetables. They also have a buffet/salad bar with a huge assortment of hot and cold dishes and breads. My favorite item was the grilled pineapple and secondly the grilled top sirloin. The pineapple was so sweet it practically melted in my mouth, and the Top sirloin was tender and well seasoned. The night we were there they offered 21 Churrasco items and we tried 13 of them. I don’t normally eat very much meat but really loved the selections that we tried, and the selections of non meat items in the salad bar and from the grill were excellent. Even the pickiest vegetarian could be satisfied with the great vegetarian selections in the salad and Buffet Bar. The meats were tender and well seasoned except for the grilled ribye which my husband liked and I did not like. One of my favorite things served at Tucanos is the Brazilian Lemonade, it is absolutely the greatest tasting lemonade I have ever had. They offer an assortment of appetizers, skewers, and salads in addition to the buffet, however I cannot imagine wanting anything but the buffet because it offered everything we wanted and more. They also offer desserts, specialty drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, soda, cocktails, and other assorted alcoholic beverages. We were so full that we did not try a dessert and we do not drink alcohol so we did not order any drinks other then the fabulous lemonade. Parking is located under the mall and you will need to get a validation from the hostess. The restaurant accepts reservations and I would advise making them in advance on a holiday. Prices are reasonable considering the amount of food you are served. The Employees were very helpful without being intrusive and the restaurant was very clean. Overall we had a great experience at Tucanos and I look forward to going back!
