I read the previous reviews and was a little worried.\r

The previous owner had some work done by Alco and had paid to have a one way door trap placed. Alco guaranteed it for life. We called them up because we had heard some scratching in our walls. Robert came by the next day- looked around inside, got up on a ladder and looked around. He found the area near the trap had been compromised. He replaced a new one way door. He didn't charge us anything. He even took a picture and showed us what he did since it was up on the roof. Like a said, we were nervous in the beginning but now are very pleased with the service. I felt in the very least I should leave a positive review.
