Review content:
I had some diminished cooling at our home. It was taking way too long to cool the house down just 1 degree. Called Airtech because they had installed the HVAC when the home was built. They come out, poke around for 10 mins and then, actual words, ""Ok, you owe me $100."" I was a little dumbfounded why, and he says the system is fine (even though it had been running for the past 1.5hrs non stop set as 74 and it was 80 in the home). He said all was fine, freon was ok but he added 1oz. We talked a little how he finds the owner's price policy ridiculous as well and how he has to go out everyday and pretty much rip people off. I'm sure there's a deeper issue, probably a simple one, but Airtech thinks my system runs fine enough and I'm just suppose to wait until it breaks down all together. I'm currently on the search for a fair HVAC guy with no ""flat rate"" fees who at least pretend to care about their customers. Pros: can use a phone well Cons: expensive and unattentive, in and out w/ flat rate charge
