Review content:
We've lived in the Fountainview Townhomes for three years. The townhomes are clean and spacious.
There are a few different floorplans available ranging from two bedrooms with a den to four bedrooms. Washer and dryer hookups are available with some floorplans. Our hookups are on the second floor and convenient to the bedrooms.
A flat water fee is tacked on to the rent. Heat is provided by electric baseboard. The nieghborhood is a good one. The nieghbors are quiet and the townhomes are located in the Paramount Elementary school district. There is also plenty of off-street parking.
The maintenance staff is excellent. If something is broken, they come right out to fix it. There is no military clause, but the staff says that if orders are received, there is no penalty to end the lease.
All ground maintenance is handled by the crew, so there is no lawn to mow, but there is still plenty of grassy space for children to run and play outside.
I would definitely recommend Fountainview Townhomes to anyone looking for a nice place to live in Hagerstown. In fact, I have recommended it to several people.
