I went to Emerald Cleaners with a brand new sweater (very expensive-and I loved it). After going to pick up my clothing I found that the sweater was shrunken down at least a size and a half and had holes in it!! Emerald Cleaners gave me a hard time, and they were VERY RUDE to me. The woman in the store even hung up on me when I was trying to ask questions about when I could come in to discuss the situation. I had to go back to Emerald Cleaners many times because they took forever to get back to me. In the end I was very unsatisfied with every part of my experience. NEVER GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT SHRUNKEN SWEATERS WITH HOLES IN THEM.

Cons: everything-they dont even deserve a star...
