Businiess name:  Brooklyn Center Oak City Grill

Review content:
I was previously a frequent guest at Oak City in Brooklyn Center. Since the management has changed hands, I've noticed a huge decrease in their customer service. The food quality is poor, the service is slow, and the staff is overall crabby. \r \r Recently a friend of mine went to Oak City B.C. and was told by the manager, Scott, that she was a ""fat, ugly, bi*?!"". I don't know where he learned his managerial skills but that's certainly not how I treat my customers. The staff has a total disregard for their clients and has no respect for the people who pay their wages.\r \r Like every other restaurant in B.C. that has gone under in the past 5 years, Oak City is sure to be next on the list if they keep their current staff. Perhaps some training is in order?
