My family & I have had the worst customer service at Aaron's Sales & Lease in Jonesboro, LA than anywhere else, EVER, with the exception of one sales representative. We purchased/leased a mower that worked fine for approximately one month, after that the belt would break after you engaged the deck for less than two feet. For the five months after that we didn't have a mower to use at all because ours was in the shop getting the ""belt"" fixed. After speaking to others in our area we've learned that several customers have problems with the belts breaking on these mowers and the company itself is aware of the problem also. After five months of calling and complaining because we were paying for something we didnt have possession of- we were brought a ""loaner mower"" to use. Same brand, etc. The loaner mower - also had to be sent to the shop for another belt and it in horrible condition. However, for the lack of anything else to mow our lawn we have been trying to deal with this loaner. When it was returned to us- the battery was dead & everytime in the last 3 months we've had to mow- we've had to jump-start the mower... On top of that the deck is bent on one side and gaps the yard horribly! So as of right now, we are out the months of payments (8 months) we've made on the original mower that we used for one month & haven't seen again, & also the cost of all the grass seed we put out last summer due to this loaner gaping the yard and leaving bare spots every few feet. I would recommend going to any Aarons location other than this one. In the last two weeks one certain sales rep has called and verbally abused & cursed my wife on 3 different occasions & has began harassing us because we now refuse to pay for the mower we haven't seen in over 7 months. Please tell your friends/family if looking to rent-to-own to go somewhere other than Jonesboro, LA.\r
