I took my car into Gordon's Automotive for the state inspection. It didn't pass. They said my monitors were reading ""not ready"". The very nice older man behind the counter tole me they can diagnose it for $104.50 - I declined. The very nice mechanic/inspector told me to drive my car more. I did then I took it back and the same thing. They let me come back after I fixed my thermostat and sensor. Still the same problem and again the nice older man behind the counter for the third time told me they can diagnose the problem for $104.50 - I declined again (and for the record I really don't like it when they smile and say ""we can diagnose it for $104.50"". It kinda felt like they trying to scam me) So, I called the Saturn dealer and they told me to bring it in for the inspection and if it has the same problem they automatically diagnose it for no charge because they would know what was causing this problem that reads ""monitors not ready"" and (they place) I took it to get inspected might not of had the ""updated"" software to perform a proper inspection. \r \r From now on I'm taking my Saturn in for state inspections to the dealer b/c the dealer will know what was wrong in this situation. \r \r Sorry Gordon's :( Pros: Friendly Staff and waterloo is next door?? Cons: too expensive - felt like they were trying to scam me
