Review content:
Very unprofessional and bad service. Screwed up our pizza order. When I called and asked to speak to a manager, the employee hung up on me. When I called back and finally got through to a manager and said that our pizza was not what we ordered, he said they would have to send someone out to ""inspect"" the pizza. If the pizza was incorrect based on the order receipt, he said then they would make us a new one and have someone bring it out. At this point it was already 9 pm and would have been around 10 pm before we got our correct pizza. I told him that that was not acceptable and did not understand why they could not just bring a new pizza. He replied, very condescendingly, that it sounded like I didn't have a messed up order at all and was trying to get free pizza. Why would I lie about receiving a pizza with the wrong toppings? Either I was hung up on again or there was ""bad service"". The manager did not attempt to call me back, so I called back a third time and at this point, I was told that I could have a credit placed on my account. Too late for that. I will never do business with this Papa Johns again if questioning their customers is how they do business.
