Review content:
I never thought Watershed could be a love it or hate it kind of place. If you enjoy urban life then you should be prepared to spend some $$ and tough out any slightly uncomfortable situation. The food and atmosphere at Watershed is certainly reason enough to ignore any small problems you may have with the experience. The fried chicken is out of this world and the chocolate cake is to die for. Brunch is amazing (try a Bloody Mary - one of the best in town). I feel it's the best modern take on traditional southern food that I've ever had. I come from a long line of cooks and, being an avid cook myself, I had to buy the cookbook. It's the best one I've ever owned. My review is gushing, I know, but I felt the need to balance out the negative reviews here. Pros: Great Food, Great Atmosphere, Great Service Cons: , Yes, Walls Are Cement, Yes, Chairs Are Hard
