I was skeptical but I have to say this store is excellent. It has everything (other than iPhones) that an Apple store has, it feels like an Apple store with one exception: The place is not loud and teeming with people, they are personal and take time to understand your real needs, they fix hardware (under warranty or not) at fair prices, they recover data and migrate it to new machines meticulously (which Aplle stores will not do) , and they know your name and take time to sit with you and make it "" all good"". \r

This is a welcome and refreshing change from the hustle and bustle of the Apple stores. They take time to work through your entire need with you, give you straight advice on the balance between buying a new machine or fixing your old one, and they treat you with personal attention and no need to enter the mall.
