I have been going to Mt air for over 15 years. After returning after 5 years I discovered there were new owners. I was following my exceptional hair dresser Jessica Tandy. After more than 6 times I have been there the owners daughter who runs the salon has never greeted me, said hello, or even acknowledged me as a customer. She comes accross very arrogant with poor customer interaction skills and not realizing how valuable the customers are. The owner has come in several times and does not acknowledge the customers either. Unless you have a favorite stylist at Mt. AIr I would find another salon there are a dozen in monument I would recommend Luna Salon.Or see Jessica my hair dresser specifically she is wonderful and takes care of my very meticulous needs.
