My partner and I have been to both the NY NOBU and the London NOBU ... this is neither!! DO NOT GO, IF YOU ARE EXPECTING THE SUPERIOR CUISINE OF NOBU!!! The ambience was that of a frat party, with multiple loud bachelorette and bachelor party gatherings ... the piece-de-resistance was when the wooden chopsticks flew over our heads between the parties! The classy serenity of both the NY and London Nobu was not evident at this location. We stayed despite the loud atmosphere due to our love of the imaginative flavourful cuisine (and not having an alternative reservation on a saturday night) ... this was also extremely disappointing! We ordered the tasting menu, which was anything but tasty. There was no explosion of flavours or exciting imaginative combinations ... it was bland and banal. NOBU SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO HAVE HIS NAME ATTACHED TO THIS RESTAURANT!
