Review content:
This complex is fairly cheap but you get what you pay for. My car was broken into once and so were a few of the neighbors. We can hear are upstairs neighbors like they live in our house. Sometimes it sounds and feels like an earthquake. The management doest step in when needed. The complex is filled with lot of young renters, so there are parties above us a lot and they throw beer bottles over the railing and are outside talking loudly until all hours of the night 2-3 in the morning. Management will let people into your apartment to fix things and then never tell you, there wont be any notice stating they were in your home, not a good idea if you are a young or single female. I feel the management could be doing a lot more for the tenets. This is a gated complex for no reason. You need your key not only for entrance but to exit as well. If you have people over you have let them in, and walk them to the exit when they leave. Not exsactly condusive when it's late and you live in the back. There are power cables running thriugh the parking lot with a Warning sign about living so close to them. I would keep looking, I am. Pros: Cheap Cons: Low Class, Ambience (power cables run trought it) Gate key for entrance, and exit.
