Initially, the experience with Celebrations Bridal was very good until we ran into a problem with one of the dresses and were unfortunate enough to speak with Robert, who was supposedly the owner of the place.
We had purchased a wedding dress and 5 bridesmaid dresses for bridesmaids that are scattered all over the world including countries as far away as Portugal and Norway. We decided we were going to buy the dresses to thank them for making the trip for the wedding so, needless to say, we spent a decent amount of money! Measurements were taken and submitted to the shop so that the dresses could be ordered. When the dresses came in, we picked them up and began sending them to the bridesmaids. Three fit fine, one was really tight and one wasn't even close. Figuring that maybe a wrong measurement was taken or perhaps the two bridesmaids may have been a different size from when the initial measurements were taken, we had them re-do their measurements. They were exactly the same as the first time! We figured we could take one of the dresses out that was a little tight and simply exchange the ONE dress that wasn't even close to fitting a person we submitted measurements for, measurements which were still the same today as when we submitted them. Considering that was the ONLY dress from all the ones we ordered, we didn't think it would be a problem. NOT for this store!!! Robert, the supposed owner, was more about placing blame and who was right or wrong than he was about servicing a customer who had spent a considerable amount at his store!!!
